We want you to be satisfied with anything you purchase from us. If you're not, we'll make it right.

Overview

Nippon Predict LLC offers a full refund on all paid digital products within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Beyond 30 days, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with a product, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's a refund, an exchange, or technical support.

Eligible Products

This refund policy applies to the following paid products and services offered by Nippon Predict:

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Washington State residents will be charged Washington State sales tax at checkout.

30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

For all digital products, we offer a 30-day full refund guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period: email us at forecast@nipponpredict.com with your order confirmation number and the reason for your refund request (the reason is optional but helps us improve). We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For credit card payments, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer. For PayPal payments, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days. We do not charge any fees for processing refunds.

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request within the 30-day window. However, we appreciate feedback about what didn't meet your expectations — it helps us improve our products.

Beyond 30 Days

Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider refunds beyond the 30-day window in the following circumstances: technical issues that prevented you from accessing or using the product; inaccurate or misleading product description; duplicate purchase; or other extenuating circumstances.

To request a refund beyond 30 days, email us at forecast@nipponpredict.com with your order details and an explanation of your situation. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Subscriptions

For annual subscription products, you may cancel at any time and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 6 months, you will receive a refund of approximately 50% of the annual fee. To cancel a subscription, email us at forecast@nipponpredict.com with your subscription details. We do not offer automatic renewal — subscriptions expire at the end of the term unless you explicitly renew.

Custom Consulting Reports

Custom consulting reports are prepared specifically for the client and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality or accuracy of a custom report, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to revise the report or provide a partial refund based on the specific circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to forecast@nipponpredict.com with the following information: your full name; the email address used for the purchase; the product name and purchase date; your order confirmation number (if available); and a brief description of why you're requesting a refund (optional but appreciated).

You may also request a refund by calling our USA office at +1 (206) 413-7829 during business hours (9am-5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday). If you reach our voicemail, please leave your contact information and we'll call you back within one business day.

Processing Time

We process refund requests within 5 business days. Once processed, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds typically take 3-5 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Use. For example, if we determine that you have purchased a digital product, downloaded it, requested a refund, and repeated this pattern multiple times, we may decline further refund requests. We will notify you in writing if we decline a refund request and explain our reasoning.
